A Recipe You Must Have: This Soup Is 100x Stronger Than Antibiotics
This recipe for soup has many healing assets when it comes to colds, flu, ear infections etc. Red onion, garlic and thyme are the main ingredients of this recipe.
New study from the University of Washington shows that garlic is 100 times better and powerful than other prescribed antibiotics.
The other ingredients also have powerful antibacterial properties that defend from viruses, flu, colds and other illnesses that affect the immune system.
- 2 large finely chopped onions
- 50 cleaned, peeled gloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. chopped thyme
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 bunch of herbs like bay leaves, parsley (can use dried ones-spices)
- 2 tsp. of olive oil
- 2 tsp. butter
- 6 cups of 250ml , chicken soup
- 3 cups cube chopped bread
How to prepare:
Firstly heat the oven at 180 degrees. Secondly cut the tops (1/3) of the garlic then wrap it in aluminum foil with the olive oil. Then put the wrapped garlic and olive oil in the oven and bake for an hour and a half. After take it out and let it cool down.
In a pot add 2 tbsp. of olive oil, some butter and the onions and on medium heat stew the onions for 10 minutes. After that add the baked onion to the stewed onions, stir and then add the chicken soup, thyme and the bunch of herbs.
Before adding the cube shaped bread lower the heat. Then stew for 5 minutes up until the bread softens.
Next what you need to do is to take the herbs out and pour the soup in a blender or you can hand mix it with a mixer in order to get a creamy homogenous mix. At the end add some sour cream and salt to taste.
