Here is the most useful exercise for normalizing the neck posture and position.

You just need to do a simple movement, paying attention to every detail. Stand up straight and relax your body. Then, lift your head up, pull the chin towards your chest, and move the head and neck a little bit backwards so that your ears will be in a straight position with your shoulders, like in the photo from Dr. Moore.
