The Number Of People With A Contort Neck From Sitting Significantly Increases: This Exercise Will Return The Holding Of Neck In Natural Position (Video)
Most of the people aren’t holding their upright neck properly. This causes pain in the neck and stiff neck. The muscles located in the neck are stretched because of the improper neck posture while working behind the neck, sitting for too long and other similar activities.
In the older people, the neck can be contorted so much that makes keeping their heads straight pretty painful.
This is why you should do these exercises regularly.
Dr. Paul Moore, a chiropractor explains the reasons and consequences of contorting the neck and provides us with some useful advices about our next steps towards improving this condition.
Here is the most useful exercise for normalizing the neck posture and position.
You just need to do a simple movement, paying attention to every detail. Stand up straight and relax your body. Then, lift your head up, pull the chin towards your chest, and move the head and neck a little bit backwards so that your ears will be in a straight position with your shoulders, like in the photo from Dr. Moore.
